Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend.

Order Processing

Orders received before 12:00 GMT are shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 12:00 GMT are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Remote or offshore postcodes may require additional delivery time.

Carrier and Packaging

We ship orders using DPD.
Large items may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside and require a signature.
Vanity units and basins are packed and shipped separately using protective packaging to prevent damage.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders.
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost orders must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
