Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email support@vanitymart.co.uk to request a return. We approve the request and provide a return label plus instructions. Returns without approval are not accepted.
Return Shipping and Fees
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, the return is free and no fee applies.
If the customer changes their mind, a £16 return and restocking fee applies. This amount is deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged or incorrect, send your order number and clear photos to support@vanitymart.co.uk. We arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Non Returnable Items
Custom products and sale items are final. These items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Return the item you received. After approval, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We inspect all returned items. If approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For change of mind returns, the £16 fee is deducted.
For faulty or incorrect items, we issue a full refund with no deductions.
If your refund does not appear within 15 business days after approval, contact support@vanitymart.co.uk.
UK Consumer Rights
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The £16 return fee applies to change of mind cancellations unless the item is faulty or not as described.
